Attitude-change is a personal decision to change your life in a positive way.

You become what you think your thoughts create the world in which you exist.

Change thinking

Who you are is not determined by how you look, where you are from,or Who your parents are. You are... because of the thoughts you allow to dominate and occupy your mind.Your aptitude is determined by your attitude which elevate your altitude.

Attitude-change, is the thoughts you cultivate. As I put these words together, the 29th Olympic games are well on in earnest in Beijing China. The Jamaicans are having their best ever medal haul.

We usually hear about incredible feat of athletes who have changed by overcomingalmost impossible challenges to win a gold medal.

Attitudes

What do you think is the reason behind these incredible feats? What is the secret of getting up every time they are knocked down.The answer is Attitude! which is firmly fixed in their heart mind and spirit. They always have this "I'm a winner, and "I will not quit mentality".

Change and

see results. Success starts in your mind

For you to be successful you need to know that you can alter your life by altering the thoughts you allow todominate your mind. Attitude-change, is learning to manage your mind. Your life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. We become what we think,we are what we think.

If you think positive or negative it is entirely your choice. To be positive or negative though, involve attitudesthat are formed. There are 3 factors involve in forming attitudes:

  • Everything you absorb in your mind. From you were conceived, even before you were born, you have been dosed with everything that form your attitude.

  • Processing these things. Listening and observing others, you process information and form your attitudes.You can choose your belief system to, "I can do anything", and give no room to the defeatist mentality. This I am practicing to develop to include everything I think, say and do.

  • Persistence is key. When you make a deliberate choice to think, talk and behave a certain way, thatwill only become a part of you by reinforcement as you practice it as a daily routine

Change cycle

Only you can change your attitudes. To change a habit or action that took years to form will not be simple or quick,but certainly possible. You must first make a conscious decision in your mind to change and break that old cyclethat is making you a victim.

Where to start?

Attitude-change starts in your mind. What you choose to fill your mind with will eventually change into what you say, and then those words are put into action.Change can come by attacking anyone of these three areas during the process and adjust the course of action.

Change you thoughts.

If you want to change your attitude, then change the way you think.To start the process you must be conscious of what is going on in your mind before you can do anything about it.Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative, stop and dialogue with yourself and go positive.

To break the automatic negative thought pattern, you must reinforce the positive every day "I can", "I will achievemy goals", "I am going to succeed". Your attitude is a habit of thought.

Change Social

Change your manner of speaking. When you talk, listen if it is dominated with negative expressions, like doubt, fear, low self-esteem or the victim mentality. Make a record of the words you want to usein motivating you to success, and use them often in your conversation with yourself and others.

Work Change

Change your behaviour. The formula for success is simple but not easy, just grab on to opportunities and change the way you react to things that happen to you. Life is 10% what happen to you, and 90% how youreact to it.

Benefits of a Positive Attitude

Attitude-change will take time and effort, but the benefits are outstanding:Your enthusiasm will increase
Your creativity will increase
Freeing yourself from the limitation of fear
Seeing boundless opportunities
Enjoyment in thinking positive thoughts
Exciting joy when using more of your God-given potential

Attitude-change will not come overnight. You must be patient and give yourself enough time to saturate your mind and thoughtswith those new positive vibes to make the desired change you want for a new life.

Change Attitudes. To change your attitude, you must first believe that you can change. If you don’t believe it, then you wont do it. If you think you can or you can't, you are right.

Don't think it’s going to be easy or an overnight thing, just decide in your mind that you’re up for the task.

The hardest people to change are the ones that lack commitment and/or belief in themselves. No one can change you, only you can change your attitude.
