corrupt thoughts come in, and this is not easy to overcome; but if we remember that God the Holy Spirit dwell with us
upon invitation, we can move the desires of the Soul, to be connected with the divine.
The tendency of the mind is to wander from subject to subject, and so we should try to focus on
the things that are pure, good, true, honest, just, kind and lovely. Where ever the mind strays,
bring it back under the subjection of the Spirit.

The Sermon on the Mount, is a good preparation for Meditation. This is found
In the Bible in the book of Saint Matthew chapter five to seven. This was presented by Jesus the Christ to His
disciples.
The Sermon on the Mount calls to moral and ethical living is so high that some dismissed it as completely

how to pray, the kingdom of heaven, greed, the danger of judging others, the fruits of one's life,
building is about the founation.
To begin your meditation, read a selected passage or verse of scriture and concentrate your mind
upon that and meditate upon it, you will find much good result from it, and the scripture will be determined by
the motive of your meditation. It could be sending out positive waves for more peace, more love or unity not uniformity.
Where and How-to-Meditate
It is well to pursue some kind of practice, and pursue it either in a fixed place,
or in a mental place which cannot be seen, or at night when there is less activities and distractions.
This gives calmness to your mind.
Meditation can be divided into two groups. First you have the meditation practiced at a set time,
or an occasional one, whether by design or from personal ambition in developing spiritual strength.
Secondly, you have the meditation of an entire lifetime, that becomes a personal discipline.
The mysterious hidden secrets of a life meditation is that which is practiced every hour by philosopher,
mystic, saint, criminal, artist, artisan and christian. It is pursued in respect to
that which occupies your mind and you set on your heart.
It is rarely at ease; at times the meditating one greedily running after money, fame,
and power looks up briefly and takes his mind off his goal, but will soon be back on track,
and the old meditation begins again.
When we think and breathe love vibration to the world, the breath of Love will transcend to all men.
To see what They see, to know what They know, is to cease to hate any thing or creature upon this earth.
Learning how-to-meditate will help us to find peace in our own heart - for a moment? Surely, then for more moments;
then, hours; then, days; and then - a life!
