Omega-3 is for better heart. One of the basic answers to a better life of health is very simple: Decrease the amount of fried, fat-laden, “fast” and convenience foods and the “bad fats” they contain.
And at the same time dramatically increase the consumption of fish and fish oil sourced omega-3 fatty acids that provide all eight (8) omega-3’s involved in human nutrition.
If we do this we can reverse our path of degeneration and health loss and direct the chain of biochemical activities toward health, reducing our risk of lifestyle diseases and maximizing our health, vigour and vitality.

The American Heart Association (AHA) recently recommended that all adults should eat at least two servings of fish every week in order to receive a healthy dose of omega 3 fatty acids.
The report underscores the danger of 95% of the population not having the required amount. In fact, the report suggested that dietary sources alone may not provide sufficient fish oils, especially for those who have certain heart conditions or high triglyceride levels. For those, it was suggested that they utilize supplements to meet their needs.
Not just any fish are recommended, however. The AHA recommends fish that is rich in the omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. These two fatty acids are found abundantly only in fish, and not in plants. Plus, fish from colder climates are the richest source of EPA and DHA available.
