Mental-health is a term used to describe either a level of cognitive or emotional well-being or an absence of a mental disorder.
There is a relatively new discipline called positive psychology or holism mental health. [1]
This may include an individual's ability to enjoy life and

effectiveness. Extremes can be dangerous, if we are doing too much or
too little in our lives, and mental health may be the victim. We need a good balance
between work or study and leisure pursuits.
